Hello! Bear is still kind of all over the place, but at least he's seeing blues again. I am reading the TR guidelines and am a bit confused with this part:

Hold the dose for 3 - 5 days (6 - 10 consecutive cycles) if nadirs are less than 200 before increasing the dose by 0.25 unit.
  • if your cat is new to numbers under 200, it is recommended to hold the dose for at least 8-10 cycles before increasing.
  • when your cat starts to see nadirs under 100, hold the dose for at least 10 cycles before increasing.
Bear isn't new to numbers under 200, per say, but he hasn't seen a number under 100 since 4/11 with the exception of 4/22. Does this mean that I hold the dose for at least 10 cycles from 4/22 (his last nadir under 100), or should I technically have increased on 4/22?

Thank you!

You start the cycle count the first time you shot that dose. So the PM of the 16th. Today is cycle 16. Time for an increase. If a cat is new to greens, which he isn't, then you'd count the cycles from that green. You have plenty of room to increase.

Okay, so I should have increased. Thank you.
