I see that you aren't giving insulin when her preshot test is below 150 or so. Lantus is very good at giving flat cycles when you shoot low. You shot a 187 on 3/1. The 150s and 160s are not very different. With SLGS you can shoot any number over 90. If you encounter a number that you aren't comfortable shooting, stall without feeding and post for help. If the number is rising without food (you would test again after 20 mins), it is usually safe to give the shot - especially if you can get another test later in the cycle.
