Hi Stefannia, I'm not as experienced as others, but I would definitely set an alarm for a +3 and/or +4.

I agree, a +3 or +4 would be a good idea.

FYI - FDMB only has one system admin, he looks after the computer software and overall system, but does not give dosing suggestion. Many other experienced members can help you when it comes to good times to test. That’s the beauty of the open forum.

For future reference since he was flat between +2 and +4, it was okay to stop testing for the night.
