Hello to my wonderful group!!! :bighug::bighug::bighug:

It's a long time haven't post something, but I'm very busy with my job and daily routine..
o_O

I hope you are all fine and all the kitties are doing well!! :cat:

Chnoudi is really good, she's on 0.25u now !
Me and my bf are trying hard to keep her feeding and testing schedule stable and, although some days it's difficult (we had to do 2 skip doses during this month) I think we are going well.

There are days that her pancreas seems to work!! Almost every time she was fed 4 hours before the insulin, she had a green preshot.
For example, on 11/13 we had to skip the pm shot, but we fed 4 hrs before the 11/14 am shot and, surpisingly, she had amps: 75.
(However, today this didn't happen. She was fed 4 hrs before the pm shot, and she had pmps: 132. )
Anyway, I suppose we are in a good way, but it needs more time... Right?

I hope I didn't confuse you with my poor English. I would like your opinion on her numbers. How do you see them?
I don't really like some increased preshots he has had in the last few days..

Thank you in advance!!!!
Lots of love to everyone and many kisses :):):):):)

Hi. I’m glad all is well. I think he was mostly under 100 before that 44 and skip and maybe he was ready to try a decrease to 0.10. I also wonder if on 11/7 he was lower and again what happened after the 51 on 11/8. Give him a little more time to ditch the blues and then perhaps try a reduction. See what others think though. @Bron and Sheba (GA) @Bandit's Mom What do you think?

As this is a kitty that is back from remission, plus over a year since the original diagnosis, we make it a little harder to earn reductions. That will help make sure she holds the reduction. I'm glad to see her on 0.25 units, but I think I'd wait for either an under 40, a third time under 50, or a week in solid green, before doing another reduction.

We wait until we see the lows, instead of guessing they might have been there.

My pint was if you see a 51 or lie 50’s especially early in the cycle please get a follow up test to make sure the BG doesn’t continue dropping.
