I'm not liking this steady climb into higher yellow numbers... giving it one more day to see if she starts going down, but either the dose is "going stale" as you said @Wendy&Neko or being less stressed after the move and the settling in period is somehow enhancing her insulin resistance? Her numbers were first shaken loose during our road trip, a super stressful period for her.
Two other things have changed in her routine:
- I started feeding 2 meals out of 4 with raw turkey (very low carb) that she used to eat in Oregon, because she was super picky about canned food. Doing 2 meals of each minimizes the picky monster effect.
- She seemed more uncomfortable in her back/hips, so I started giving her 25mg gabapentin twice a day. I know gaba doesn't normally affect BG, but again, maybe being less stressed because less pain is having an impact?
