So what percentage do I need to make it a high carb food? Is there a particular Weruva one you recommend? Not much help for tonight but more so you are prepared in case Mar Lei has low numbers again.
I also feed raw which is basically no carb, I have been stocking up on a variety of cans and pouches of wet food of different carb percentages so I can bring him up when needed as well as feed the curve. I bring them home and label them with the percentages so they are ready when I need them without having to look up numbers.
I have been getting Weruva which he loves, they list all their percentages on their website so it is easy to find.
Hope Mar Lei comes up safely so you can get some rest![]()

thank you so much! These are what I have now, I just take a look at the website while I’m in the store so I know what percentages they are then label them when I get home so I don’t have to think about it again.
If I am just trying to slow the drop a bit I would give between 5-9% if he is dropping fast I up the %. For a hypo event like yours I would go with the highest I have so 19% the higher the better.
ECID (every cat is different) some are more sensitive to carbs some are less so trying out foods and testing is the best way to see what works for you.
Hope that helps!
