If he stays above 50 for awhile but continues to have green cycles, do we stay at this dose until he starts having green AM and PM pre-shot readings? Or do we reduce after he’s had green cycles for a certain number of days?

A week in largely normal numbers on a dose also qualifies for a reduction. The preshots are usually the last to come down.
