Another uncharacteristically high start for Emma today. A reduction to 0.50 was owed, and it seemed to do fine, bringing her to 106 by +5 (before her snack). I wish she would start lower and not dip so much. Hopefully she'll figure it out soon!

I know it seems like One step up two steps back but she’s doing really well by seeing blue and green this early on insulin and eating some hc.

Thank you both! I must be missing something. I thought the goal was to start low-ish and move gently towards 100 as a nadir, since I'm on SLGS. (Like 8/18, but ideally not starting and ending at 261/274.)

On the flip side, I'm barely giving any insulin and she's still able to see blues, so that's great? This kitty's giving me mixed messages!

She’s looking good. Under 90 will earn another reduction but she’s not there as of the last test. I’d test an hour from last one if possible to make sure past nadir.

She's at +9 right now, so I'll test at +6 next time. None of the curves I've run have shown a nadir after +6, luckily. (Snack is at +5 which is why I usually test just before then.) Thank you!
