? 08/25, Tosca, AMPS 148, when to increase with TR

Tosca is on 1U for some time, on TR.
I know I will decrease at nadir 50, but I realized I don't know when to increase with TR, on human meter.
Am I doing the right thing so far?
Thank you...

When their nadirs are in the range that you want them to be in, you hold the dose. If his numbers start trending up, you consider an increase. With nadirs in the 50s, you hold the dose. He saw a 58 just a couple of days back. I wonder if you are missing drops below 50?

Does he get food at regular intervals? Say a snack at +2 and +4? Feeding the curve might reduce the diving and consequent bouncing.

You are right, I will try to measure more times and have more data in the nadir area, from +4 to +6.
She has a small can (85 grams) in the morning, and another small can in the evening. I give her a 3rd small can in small portions snacks through the day, every 2-3 hours.
I think I shouldn't increase now, because of the nadir of 58, 2 days ago. But just in case, what should I look for to increase? Seeing blues in the nadir and yellows at AMPS and PMPS?

Since you saw a nadir of 58 there’s not much room to go down. Remember you dose based upon nadir. I agree with Bhooma Tuscan could be dropping more at night.
