Good morning!
Keeping up with the 70s from last night after dose increase.
I might need some help if he dips.
I have honey, 12,14,16,17,18%

Planning on getting a +1,
Not really sure when his onset is lately.

His onset is probably +1. In cycles where he is higher like the last 2-3 AM cycles, he is bouncing which is why he is so.

Let's see how it goes. If he is lower or flat at +1, you might have to test every hour till he goes up. I will be around. +1 in 35 mins?

Don't be nervous. You've got this. Do you have all the higher carb food labelled? It helps when your mind is blank and you don't need to remember which flavour is how much %
