AMPS 122. We’ve never shot this low. Too scary. Stalling for 20 min.
Thank you. He’s slightly higher at 130, so we will feed and shoot and monitor. Can you monitor if you shoot? If yes, you can go ahead and shoot. Don't fill him up with the shot so he is hungry and will eat every 30 mins, if needed.

120 and 130 are the same number with meter varianceThank you. He’s slightly higher at 130, so we will feed and shoot and monitor.
Sorry, deleted my question about testing at +.5, but good to know! Not necessary. Save the poke for +1.
Just shot my lowest pre shot too. Morning after a dose increase.AMPS 122. We’ve never shot this low. Too scary. Stalling for 20 min.

Yes, good you fed at +1. Get a +2.Small food bump of 25. Whew. Not feeding, I think. Or maybe we should feed 4? Thinking… Yes, feeding a small spoon (5g) of 4.
We stalled til 930 (half an hour after normal shoot time) today, so +1.5 is coming up. The first PS was 122. Second was 130. Fed only 68g of 9.2 so he would be hungry. Food bounce of 25 at +1. Fed 5g of 4.What was your 1.5? Did you skip it today?
Thanks for this. I am so used to 5:30 am being the 1.5. That’s my time, of course (10:30 am your time)We stalled til 930 (half an hour after normal shoot time) today, so +1.5 is coming up. The first PS was 122. Second was 130. Fed only 68g of 9.2 so he would be hungry. Food bounce of 25 at +1. Fed 5g of 4.
Do you think we should go higher now, though? Or is 4 ok?Will you feed a little more 4 now at +2?
I don’t think this will hurt things. I just noticed you were using a lot of 4 this morningThat was a 20 drop since +2. Im thinking of feeding 5g of 8 because this is usually the big dropping time.
We were using 4 because the drops were smaller than usual.I don’t think this will hurt things. I just noticed you were using a lot of 4 this morning
I think he's going to surf, but I think we fed 9.8 yesterday at this point.Giving 5 more g of 9.8. Dont need any more dropping, though that was only 6 in half an hour (31 in the whole hour)
Oh no! 54 @+3.5Isn't this about the time yesterday that we switched to hourly testing, Jill?
It's okay. Do you want to give more 9.8? Or go to MC? It's a chance because he may go below 50. We don't know.Oh no! 54 @+3.5
Others may disagree, but I see no harm in using the MC 15 right now. Knowing Merlin, it will not shoot him to the moon.Should we give 15????
Yeah. Giving 10g of 15 nowOthers may disagree, but I see no harm in using the MC 15 right now. Knowing Merlin, it will not shoot him to the moon.
No hourly testing for usIsn't this about the time yesterday that we switched to hourly testing, Jill? After the +3?

Oh no! That's so painful! I'm so sorry to hear this. I'm glad she didn't break anything, but ankle sprains can be very bad and take a long time to heal.Ivy fell down the stairs after she tested Merlin just now to come tell me the number. She bent two toenails backwards and may have twisted her ankle.![]()
Not yetNo hourly testing for us![]()
Giving it now9.8 did you give it?
That is correct. He hadn’t dropped as low, though. His nadir was 3.2, so almost as low, and it was at +4.Yesterday about this time, we were able to back the carbs down to 6. He was in green and you switched to 6 and it kept him surfing. I believe this is correct? And you will correct me if I am wrong.![]()
I would. So, should I go for 6 now, you think?
