I stopped testing after +4 last night. She was staying flat so I felt it was safe to go to bed. Hopefully I made the right choice.

I checked her BG this morning at +11 and got 283. I was not expecting that at all so I rechecked with the other ear and got 244. Still, not what I was expecting. She's been in the blue for a few days so I did not expect a bounce after that long. I thought bounces happened soon after being in lower numbers. Do they sometimes happen after a while of being in lower numbers? Could she have dropped much lower last night after I went to bed? I figured it was safe to go to bed at +4 since she was flat.

She's been weird with her food the past couple days. Normally when I feed her she will either be right there ready to eat or if she's somewhere napping then I just wave her food bowl in front of her and let her have a little nibble and then put the bowl where it normally goes and she will get up and go eat. The past couple days I've been doing just that and she doesn't seem to want to move from her nap. She's awake and alert, not actually sleeping, but she just seems content and not hungry. However, if I give her some motivation to move, or simply pick her up and place her in front of her food, she will usually eat, except for last night, she didn't eat much of her +3.5 meal.

Should I be worried when she doesn't eat all of her food or is that a good thing that she's less hungry?

It was okay to stop test at+4 last night since she had flattened out. Bounces can occur with some delay. Sometimes you get 2-3 days of lower numbers and then wham! a bounce. :blackeye:

When they start spending time in lower numbers, the excessive thirst, hunger and urination disappears.
