I need help with adjusting dose for Princess. I started new dose @ 1 unit on March 27. She has been on the dose for 10 days. I started seeing mostly yellows, blues and a few greens. Today her BG is in the pink. I'm in Canada.
 
Hello, since you are following SLGS and seeing nadirs in the 90s, you would hold the dose.

Are you feeding Princess low carb wet food? If yes, would you consider following the TR protocol. That would enable you to increase the dose and see if she can spend more time in green (normal numbers). You test enough for it.

Just wanted to confirm that you are using the AT2 and not a human meter?

Btw, it would be a big help to us if you can set-up your signature? It's basically a summary of the information we need about your cat to give you advice. The spreadsheet and signature are the things we look at when asked for advice. It saves us asking you the same questions again and again especially when the question is time critical like stalling or low numbers.     • Spreadsheet link. Please put the signature link on the bottom line of your signature information, on its own, so it is easy to find.
  • Please do not put any information about your location in the signature for security reasons. If you wish to add your country location, please add it to your profile.
  • There is a limit of two lines. You may separate info with commas, dashes, | etc.
  • Be sure to click the 'Save Changes' button at the bottom.

It's a human meter, Onetouch verio. Princess is on FF pate. I would consider following the TR protocol. I set up signature with pertinant information.

The spreadsheet you are using is the format for a pet meter. Did you switch from a pet meter to a human one at some point?
The format of the SS would need to be changed and I can help you with that.

Excellent! I would increase her dose to 1.25U tomorrow. With TR, you evaluate the dose every 3-5 days.

Thank you. Could you please change the SLGS to TR in your SS and Signature.
 
I didnt switch. I've been using the human meter since she was diagnosed. How do I switch the SS to a human meter?
