Lol, I was looking at Hendricks SS. He is kind of doing what Kloey did until she finally stabilized. Up, down then she started hitting the greens and they stuck.

So I checked her just after reading that and she was 48. I gave LC+1/2 tsp mc. Should I do HC? I don't want to reduce her till her depot stabilizes. Maybe I should mc her after a reduction for a day or 2.

I am following this closely because I think I will have similar decisions to make in the near future. It does seem like the standard 'automatic reduction if under 50' might not apply as you only just reduced. So I am curious what Bhooma or others will say

That's what I'm thinking, that 48 is from the depot still at work. I should have probably carbed her up this morning.

I went ahead and gave 1/2 tsp HC. No need to rush reductions.
I'll check in 15 -20.

This is what I meant. Since this is only the second cycle of the reduced dose, the depot has not yet caught up. The higher depot is still at work and influencing the numbers. Which is why you might need to feed higher carbs to keep her over 50.

We do not take back-to-back reductions in TR for this reason - they tend to fail since the depot takes 4-6 cycles to adjust to a change.

She is up to 61. Yes I thought it was to soon for a reduction. Should I give a tsp MC with each meal for a day or so?

Just today will be fine. Tomorrow morning will be the 4th cycle on the dose so the depot should have adjusted.
