You have to leave at +1, right?

You have 2 options.

1. Skip and feed only LC
2. Shoot and feed HC now and at +1. Put a mix of LC- MC in her autofeeder for the first part of the cycle.

Husband is a wreck in the morning. I have to talk him through each morning he's had to do it.

She will recover from the skip, so it's okay if you'd like to play it extra safe.

My husband checked her before he left at 7am. She was 70.
How did she drop in one hour. He fed her LC.

I would say it a combination of meter variance and possibly her pancreas producing a little insulin in response to food.
The depot is also still at play even though you skipped the shot.

Should I expect any change in numbers from skipping?

Hard to say. It should get rid of any higher depot left. She could go up briefly. Time will tell.

Yes me too. I was considering shooting this morning with the 84. But my husband was uncomfortable giving it. So I just went with what he wanted since he would be giving it. Then he told me she was 70 at +1 and I was glad we skipped then. I've been all around with my worries today. LOL
