3-9 Little Man AMPS 82/+2 62/PMPS 99/+2 63/+2.75 56

Little Man is next (I won't jinx it but you know what I mean!) I don't know what happened with any "food fiasco" but I know that when I look at his spreadsheet I see a veritable Sea of Green. You deserve so much credit for this!

Thank you Suzanne! I'm so tired most of the time LOL:joyful:

The food fiasco...the purina pro plan company decided to change not only their packaging but also the formulas changing all the carb counts... what once was 2% is now 5...3% now 8...the 9% is now 20%:eek:

Took me a couple weeks to decided to use carb calculator on all his regular cans we bought and discovered. We were so heartbroken over here. Able to use same brand but had to find different flavors and different stages of food it was a hot mess:confused:

I finally got the sample of ez complete!! What would be the best protein to try first? My sample will make 6 oz.

@Katherine&Ruby

Not sure who else feeds raw round these parts LOL
I started with chicken, turkey, and pork (his situation was a bit more dire, at the time I needed him converted like yesterday for health reasons). Chicken because it tends to be cheapest but also most safely packaged at local butchers/stores and same - he loves the PureBites chicken and duck (back when I could actually find the duck!)

I did a bit of an experiment with the same batch - I did some ground, some smaller chunks, then some slightly bigger to see what he'd go for. Some raw, some cooked (raw is better but again I needed him switch asap). Chunks better for dental health, but it's whatever hell eat to get him started.

Awesome thanks for the info!

Wow they made duck I feel he would love the duck! (Clearly I've never seen it)

I will probably coarse ground for now...they are not generally fans of the chunky canned only pate. I do have a grinder it's an attachment for my kitchen aid mixer. I will try chunks but civvie only has a couple teeth left so wouldnt work for her

Yes it was a chicken and duck mix he went psycho for!

Yes I would mimic whatever food textures they currently like. I also used the KitchenAid attachment
