Hi Patty, is she off the Glycobalance and only eating FF pate now?

Btw, for the amount you test, you could follow TR. Is there a reason you are going with SLGS?

Yes she is off the glycobalance. She was only on it a few days mainly in the hospital and I kind of mixed with both when she got home. Then everyone was sold out and I couldn't find it. So we just went to the lc. She is not a huge fan of FF so I found wellness complete health and she really likes it. We are in the mixing it phase.
On the days I work I am gone from 515am till 530 sometimes 545 so I couldn't get any tests in on those days. I only work a few days a week but it is all day on those days

Finding a food she likes is a big win! :-)

Considering the DKA, you might want to look at following TR but with a higher reduction point. What I mean is, to hold doses in which she sees nadirs in the 80s or so. Don't increase any further till you have more data to predict her patterns. With SLGS, you reduce below 90 and hold the dose for 7 days even if it's a failed reduction etc. It tends to leave a cat in higher numbers which is not a good idea for a cat prone to ketones.

1.75U seemed like a good dose. We could give 1.5U a couple of more days to see what she does on it.

I agree with Bhooma. With DKA you don’t want to have to hold reductions a week if it’s a failed reduction. Since you are not feeding any dry it’s a safer method.

Sorry I was dead last night. Didn't get to respond.
How can I do the TR if I can't test during the days I'm at work?

How will I know it's a failed reduction?
I feel like she is bouncing with every shot?
