Hi Chelsea! Good luck with the dose. How is Lando doing?

With SLGS, you would hold a dose with nadirs in the 90s. Unless you are comfortable with a lower reduction point? Some experienced cargeivers customize SLGS to take reductions at a lower number.

Hi Bhooma, great to hear from you. Thank you for chiming in! I am definitely trying to do what is best for Lando and holding at .25 is for sure something im open to. I guess since his nadirs werent consistently in the 90s and some of his pre shot numbers were above 120, i took the suggestion to increase. VERY happy to go back to .25 tho if that is acceptable for him since hes never been better! He has appetite, energy and all around great
 
It seems like i am in the point of the journey with Lando that i have to listen closely to what is going on with him, and trust my gut from there. I think i will slide back into .25. Since Lando is the best ive seen him in years
