Sadly, Oliver had late stage kidney failure so we had to let him go. I knew in my heart the news at the vet wasn’t going to be good, as I had literally held him for 48 hours and hand fed him for 24. So I had a feeling, but you’re never really prepared are you? We went down to the vet and I held him while it happened. He just curled into my chest andhid his little face against me, just as he hadfor the last 24 hours. Very peaceful. I will miss the bossy man of the house!!!
