1/14 - Alphyne = AMPS @ 336 / +3 @ 253

Hi Bobby, so sorry you still didnt manage to find a good dose for Alphyne :( in my opinion the pattern you see is called she needs more juice but i will leave this advice to people that have the experience and knowledge of dosing. Have you considered trying TR? You test enough for it, the only thing that would change would be to keep her longer on a good dose.
How is Gryphen doing?

Hi!!

I have been working towards TR, but I just cannot get Alphyne off the dry food. We are down to about 2- 3 tablespoons a day, so I'm still hopeful I can eventually get there! It's definitely been a loooooong process!

Gryphen is doing well! She's still OTJ, and her BG is higher (typically about 135 or so) but that's still acceptable! She's on special (dry, unfortunately) food for her CKD/IBD/allergies, and the vomiting is way down! Her weight is steady and no glucose in the urine, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

i am so sorry you cannot get them off dry, we were very lucky Chico didn't even look back to dry since he is on wet :) Hope you will manage to get her off dry as soon as possible to be able to switch to TR and hopefully get her into more stable values.

So happy to hear the good news about Gryphen, if she is in the 135 without insulin long term, that sounds like he BG is under control (3x antijinx), hope she manages to stay low for many many years to come :bighug::bighug:
