It just takes time to get a cat regulated. You just have to keep following the guidelines for increasing and eventually you'll get there. Hang in there. :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Tiring isn’t it? Hang in there. Your best chance at regulation os by following the dosing method that you have chosen. I’m a fan of Levemir for flattening out cat’s BG. It helps a lot.

Hopefully when her body gets a chance to see more blues and, dare I say greens, she will acclimate to those numbers and not be so volatile.

how did you get her into remission before?

I honestly think it was so quick last time simply by changing her from dry food to FF.

Has she had the teeth dealt with?
I know you don’t want to hear it but a second remission is harder to achieve and why TR works better. People do it with a full time job but like you I don’t know if I could. I would try it perhaps with modifications if I thought I had a chance at remission though. Somehow. Otherwise I’d do modified SLGS. She’s gotten used to higher bg so normal bg leads to bouncing. :bighug::bighug::bighug:

if not possible do whatever you can to prevent drops under 68. That last one she came up quickly but with a test at +2 you might have prevented it.
