Ruby is holding steady with the dose reduction. The only thing I can think of that maybe alleviating her insulin resistance is the fact I stopped giving her chicken. That may have been causing tummy troubles. It’s too bad as it’s one of the least expensive things to feed raw, but I am glad she seems to feel better.

Hope everyone has a nice day. :bighug:

PMPS = 195. So much for thinking that a reduction would work. I'm going to see how she does tonight and tomorrow morning and adjust the dose back if needed. It could be that she is bouncing from the low numbers yesterday. We shall see. She was very hungry this evening.

@Suzanne & Darcy No, not home from work. I didn't have to go in until later because we had our first snow storm of the year and we opened the gallery a little later than usual.

"hmm looks like Ruby needs to poop"
:p You're right. :) I've been patrolling the litter box, have the poop cam trained on it. Olive makes lots of small poops all day and sometimes Ruby does too, so when I come home I check the footage for verification. So far, no Ruby poops. Since I started adding the Lactulose back into her food Ruby's poops have gotten more voluminous so they're easier to spot.

Sending big hugs. :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug: Wanted to say hi and check on Ruby. Numbers look great considering the reductions. Hope you are all well. :):)
