Hi all!

Ok long story short...ordered syringes got sent u 40...obviously not gonna work. Need one for tonight's dosing...

Calling all over town to see if I can find them with the half unit markings. No one seems to have. If I have no choice but to get full unit markings how hard will it be to dose out 3.25u?

Have to go to work in like an hour an a half...on hold with last closet remaining Walmart pharmacy I could make it to and get to work on time. I've called every pharmacy under sun in my area....

Are these 30 units syringes? Don't get the 1ml (100 unit) syringes. You will have a really tough time with those. If you get 30 unit (0.3cc) syringes, it will be difficult but not impossible. If you have used syringe with half unit markings, you could use that a reference to draw up the dose. Fill it to 3.25U with coloured water and measure against that.

Hopefully you find a Walmart with stock.

Time to get digital calipers. Once you have them you won’t care about the syringes as much. Have you looked at this?

Ok got the 3/10cc 30 units...still whole units no half Mark's but I will use your suggestion @Bandit's Mom. I've ordered correct syringes hopefully wont take too long to get here.

He has been doing good today..been blue surfing since +2.5...and @+5.5 just now 111 so a good day...

Getting feeder set up with LC while gone for his snack @+9.5 and a little LC @ +6 to keep him safe surfing...work oh yay

You can also order from www.adwdiabetes.com. They have several brands of u-100 syringes with half unit marks - Care Point Vet, Sure Comfort, Ulticare, Monojet, BD etc.

We could try that. It's all trial and error with food.

Btw, just note down in your SS that you fed 12% at +1 yesterday?

I did end up just giving LC...it was 3%...+3 is in about 30 mins
