Γράψε I don't know... She did have asthma attack and took inhalers and she does need dental cleaning, but her blood tests don't show any infection/inflammation
 
It is disappointing to not understand why she came out of remission... I hope she can get back in, I am encouraged by her lows, even if she has big bounces.
I am thinking of raising to 0.5 at pm, she still is quite high.
What do you think?

Yes, I would raise it. Sorry. :( I know raising it sucks. Are you scheduled for a dental? If not and she needs one I would do it as long as there are reasons NOT to do it. Outside of raising blood sugar, it can also affect kidneys, heart... she may have some pain/discomfort you are unaware of...
