My SS says it's full and I should delete things. Marie was going to fix it, but she hasn't been on for a bit. I do miss looking at those greens!

I'm hoping for a reduction....but you know how she is!

I think you mean Marje? The error you are getting is because your gmail/google ID is out of space. You will need to clear up space by deleting some stuff. We will not be able to do anything about it, unfortunately!

Your yahoo account is the one linked to the SS. Like Rainbow said, try downloading the videos onto your computer and deleting those emails. You will also need to delete them from trash to clear space..

Alternatively, you can set up a new Google ID for the SS and I think I should be able to transfer this SS (or a copy of it) to that Gmail ID.
 
I deleted a bunch if photos. I don't understand how I take a photo and then there are like 6 copies of the same photo. I honestly don't know how to delete stuff from emails. Do I have to go thru 18 years of emails? I don't have a life expectancy for that. Someone has to decorate this house!

Do what you can see if that frees up enough space that it stops yelling at you and then just slowly when you sit down do more

No it will not. You are creating a new account.
How do you access the SS? Via Google Sheets app? I will give you editor access with both your yahoo and hotmal accounts.

So please send me your new gmail account and your yahoo and hotmail accounts as well by PM. The SS will be stored in your gmail account but can be accessed/edited via all 3 accounts.

I click on my ss link to get to it. Don't use my Hotmail. I rarely use it. Only my mom and ebay use it.
 
There's no create account link....it says I'm upgrading my email. I don't wantbto lose my yahoo email.

I have no idea. I click on the Google box icon and went to photos, where it yells at me because my storage is full. Then I clicked on lots of things to fix that, get nowhere, cry and go try to get my stinking lights to light. Stop and check Kahlua's BG and come back.

Why don't you fix up your lights first and then we can worry about this. :-)
