A blue last evening, should I increase? Will Molly be considered a high dose cat?

Cats are considered High Dose starting at 5u but Molly is far from there now.
I'm not an expert in dosing but I would give her a little more juice; she's been on that dose for 17 cycles and her nadirs are still high.
