I'm wondering if you want to do a (skinny?) increase. Might involve using a little MC when he dips to the 50s, but it might also get rid of the blues.

Vacation dosing is starting soon so I’d just stick with the current dose until you get back. Is a good strategy to try next after he gets back on track after vacation dosing though.
