He just isnt doing well. Lethargic and just lays around pretty much all the time. He will get up to go to the bathroom. Blood and urine tests were normal
He was rediagnosed last Thursday. Theres lots in the notes of his spreadsheet. The dr called him in some B-12 (methylcobalamin) to help with the neuropathy and not wanting to eat, today was his 2nd injection of that. We give him an injection every other day, we have 3 left I believe. It did help, hes eating tons better but has no energy for anything. Its breaking my heart into a million pieces.
**sorry I dont have night numbers. With how his numbers have been during the day and him eating well around +2 after his pm shot before we go to bed I have been letting him be. He does have access to dr elseys and FF over night**
Any advise on what I can do?? Hes there, he reacts as much as he can when you talk to him or enter the room and purrs when we pet him.
He was originally prescribed 2 units. He wasnt eating well at all at first so Ive been slowly increasing his dosage.
Are things different the 2nd time around, like harder to get regulated or bounce back from?? Hes on the same insulin he was the first time.
