9-24 Tony amps 106 stalling

Hello all, we are at am shot time and Tony is sitting at 106, the lowest I've seen pre shot for him. Reduce the dose or shoot the full dose? I cant be home all day to monitor today

When do you need to leave? Have you fed? If you have already fed you need to skip. If not retest in 30 minutes after the initial. You don’t have any data to know what will happen today and no mid cycles to know when nadir is. Because of that I would not feel comfortable suggesting you shoot unkess the follow up test is much higher.

I just fed, and I need to leave in 15 minutes so it looks like a no insulin day. Thanks
