9/22 Snuggie: vacation dose advice pls/SS review request

Hi all - we’ve done 5 cycles at snuggie’s vacation dose and he’s had a few greens in his last 2 cycles - one below his 70 reduction point, one at 96. I’m still not comfortable not checking him at nadir o’clock (usually btwn +7 and +8). His vacation shot time is in 2.5 hrs, should I decrease to 8.5 or stay one more cycle at 9? Vacation begins tomorrow … thank you!

I'd consider reducing. You may see a bounce today and if you don't reduce, the numbers may be dropping back to pre-bounce range before you're back home to monitor. Maybe drop back to 8.5 or even 8.0u.

Thank you! I gave 9 this am. I’ll drop to 8.5 for PM; at least for a few days I can be home at/around nadir if we plan accordingly. Or maybe I give a BCS to further drain the depot tonight then go to 8.5?
 
Yes, count me as a fan of the reduction too. The larger depot can influence 4-6 cycles after a reduction, but it still seems a little low for safety. Especially given cabergoline in the mix.

Thanks Wendy! We went ahead and reduced to 8.5 this eve. Of course his PMPS was 404! :mad: But better safe than sorry!
