Increased to 3.25 on 9/17. @Bandit's Mom - Callie has had a couple of long stretches of blues but no greens (unless I missed them.) I'm thinking she needs another increase but am not sure whether I should hold here for another cycle or two to give her more of a chance to settle into the dose. What do you think?

Yes, with TR you hold each dose 10 cycles when you see blue nadirs. Green would have been nice, but that was a lovely LONG stretch of blue today!
Hopefully an indication of better numbers to come. Finger crossed.
