I hope everyone is doing well and that all the kitties are ruling the roosts like active overlords, but surfing safely the whole time.

FCC is still walking the meter variance line. Last time I didn't follow up his 103 with another test, but I'm thinking I will try and get one in today. He had some breakfast, but probably won't be too happy about me taking food away for three hours. Would it be okay to test him later today while still letting him eat just to see what's going on? Two tests and no food will give him all the attitude.

He is doing great and running around and is not displaying any troublesome behaviour.

Yes that is fine. If you get another blue, you may want to test a couple of hours after food though.

His test was really +3.5, but I figured since there's no insulin involved it was okay to round down (or up) on the spreadsheet. I was very happy to see green again at a winning 88. He didn't even try and scare me off with his vampire fangs. I think he misses the beef liver too much.

Did you used to feed him beef liver? Why can't he have it now?

He just has freeze dried beef liver treats and it ended up being his kitty crack. I reserved it for testing only to keep him interested. So he can have it, but I've been reluctant to hand it over because I don't know if he'll continue to accept it as a bribe if I do. He gets chicken treats and loves those so I'm not a total tyrant.

All is good!

I am very relieved. Thank you for checking in!

As always I very much appreciate all of the help from each and every one of you.
