Man that vet is a piece of crap making them wait outside in the heat, and then he snapped at them. Oh I wish I was there with your parents when he did that!
He would have definitely got some Jersey laid on him
Maybe down the road they can find a more compassionate vet

Yes, they’re considering going to another vet. You can treat people or pets like that
