Yesterday's BGs: AMPS 156 / +3 93 / +4 81 / +5 108 / PMPS 152 / +3.25 53 / +4 53 / +4.5 63 /+5 65

No shot this morning because Jill is at the vet for a biopsy. We had a late night so I hope she gets a good nap!

Nice AMPS. You would have to approve a glucose drip, right? No way they would do that at this point?

Good question. I asked if they'd be monitoring her BG while she's there and they said they'd do bloodwork before the procedure. I don't think she'll drop because of the skipped shot and stress of being at the vet, but who knows?! They will feed her too when she wakes up. I know if there's an issue or question they will call. They know I have a specific treatment plan for her. But I didn't really ask or get specifics about how they would monitor her BGs while there. I should have :/ it's dumb of me to assume everything will go to plan.
 
Thank you everyone for thinking about Jill today! She did really well and she’s all shaved and stitched and back home. The staff was laughing about how obsessed she is with eating and how she ogled the can of food that was on the counter near her all day long.

Now to get her back on track! Her BG tonight is pretty high, but expected.
