Happy to see a green AMPS this morning.

We have the cat sitter coming over this evening to practice giving George his shot, so hoping all goes well with that tonight.

So nice to see! +2 was 54 so fed him a little MC…I’m shocked with his ability to stay above 50 everyday haha.

My husband and I have taken to guessing what his next numbers will be…we’re always wrong though haha. Whenever I say “49!” it always turns out to be more like “72”

Hilary, George is really looking good. I do the same thing when I am testing. I will guess what I think the meter will read. I am usually wrong Good move getting your cat sitter to learn to test. Hopefully she/he can learn to shoot too. That will allow you and your husband some freedom. Hope it all goes well.

Yep! I don’t know how he does it sometimes. And he’s still cruising at pm +2 somehow…I thought if anything he would’ve dropped a little but still steady in the 60s for now.

I only wish I had started it earlier! I feel bad that I wasted so much time on the other ones, but definitely glad we finally made the switch

It's not on you. We expect vets to know what they are doing!

I ended up feeding George a little more MC at pm +3 and +4. I like to be a little more conservative at night sometimes in hopes of preventing a PJ party

I hope not haha Maybe a bit of a repeat of the pm cycle on 8/8…although that was kind of a half-night pj party in its own way just to keep him flat. I’ll see where the little guy is at +5.

He’s at 70 now so I’m thinking I can call it a night…knowing him, he’ll wake me up in the middle of the night so another test may be in store at some point anyway.
