I have looked to see if this is available in Canada and it appears generally the answer is no. Does anyone have a suggestion for substitution of this? I understand it is a mixture of B12 and Folic acid? If so, is there a known ratio? I do not need this for my sugar baby at this time, but thought to ask before that becomes an issue (and for others who want/need to know.

We are very new to all of this still but when we asked our vet what we could do for Callie's neuropathy (before we found these boards), she suggested giving her Acetyl L-Carnitine. We ended up ordering both that and Zobaline but haven't yet started using either. Not sure about the ratio of B12 to Folic acid in Zobaline, sorry.

I think they ship Zobaline from the manufacturer's site but you can use any B-12 (as long as it's the Methyl form) that doesn't contain any sugars or xylitol. Zobaline's strength is 3000mcg (or 3mg) but since B-12 is a water soluble vitamin, any the body doesn't need just gets peed out so anything in the 3000 to 5000mcg (3mg-5mg) dosage is fine. This is just the Methyl B-12 (5000mcg)

The folic acid isn't an absolute necessity but it's said it helps the B-12 work better. The dose for Zobaline is 200mcg but I think the only one I've seen here on the board was 400mcg that they divided in half.

This is what I use , it's from Vitacost, It's 5000 mcgs ,I just buy the folic acid anywhere , supermarket, drug store ,pharmacy 400 MCG and cut them in half and crush it and add to the wet food, I couldn't find the 200 MCG any where
The Methyl B-12 is a capsule so I just empty the powder on the wet food
I see they ship to Canada
Can't beat the price

Yes, you can get zobaline directly from the manufacturer. The website is ilifelink.com. They will take $5 off every bottle you purchase if you use their website. They ship to Canada, UK, Germany and other countries as well. I believe they are located in California. They ship fast and they have a huge website of supplements you can purchase.
