8.7 Bella update

Bella is doing great. Everything is stable but we have something new, he has arthritis in his knee and ankle. We are going through cold Laser Therapy and taking adequan shots. Since starting therapy and shots he is not limping and doing so much better. They let me stay in the room with him today took these pictures had to show you all his shades

Awe :cat: what a good kitty. Have you tried CBD oil at all? Although I'm not sure if it has any affect on bg's. I had a healthy kitty with severe arthritis in his hips. I had him on maximum strength cosequin which didn't seem to help much. Then added gabapentin which helped a LITTLE but made him bla. Then I gave Ellevet Sciences (per my vets recommendation) Feline CBD oil a try and ONE drop made a HUGE difference! He was like a new kitty! Back to eating good, jumping up on stuff he hadn't in years, playing... It was amazing.

I have some here and give it everyday along with omega 3
That’s awesome that it’s helped ur kitty

What’s going on with Raven, I haven’t been on much at all due to not enough hours in the day!
 
It's amazing how he just kind of lays there with those glasses on like it's no big thing. Do they glue them to his head?! Kidding. Not naming any names, but I can think of at least one cat who would do anything in her power to get those glasses off of her immediately:rolleyes:!
I hope the cold laser therapy helps him feel better.

I hadn’t either I heard of it from a friend of mine who used it @LizzieInTexas she used it for her cats kidney
Bella wanted outside last nite with hubby 2x and again this am, he just sits in step and he’s out and about this instead of living under the bed, it’s amazing what’s its doing, I knew it wouldn’t fix the arthritis but he’s comfortable now and seems happier and heck laying on the couch without us getting him, whooo hooo he’s leaving the bedroom… mission accomplished

I think Bella kinda likes the glasses, makes him feel cool

Good luck with the swimming:)! Maybe Bella is one of those Adventure Cats? I have 3 who managed to take a dip….one actually performed a loud cannonball/bellyflop, and all 3 decided swimming was not for them :rolleyes:! T actually ended up sporting a nice beachy wave furstyle for his belly and pants from the salt water :joyful:.
