Congrats!! I know the feeling, you kind of resign yourself to "this is how it is now" and then you get quite a surprise!

There were 3 others that I can remember (or maybe that was cabergoline-specific remission), but Wendy has that elephant memory

Are we the only two acros you know that have gone OTJ ? Or have there been others???

It's a rare event in acro cats that haven't had treatment. We've had some go OTJ that had SRT or surgery, and those three plus Mr. Kitty on cabergoline. Karen's Lily went OTJ on her own, after getting up to about 55 units. And we've seen several kitties that were short term diabetic, not tested for acromegaly, gone OTJ, then fallen out of remission and tested later positive for acromegaly. Some as many as a couple years later.
