20 minutes later after 1 tin gravy fancy feast 2.3

No spreadsheet yet
Vet increased dose from 2 to 3 units glargine three days ago.

Have gone down to 2 units yesterday as under 4 a few times, did not give insulin.

Should I take him in?

I don't see any information on the spreadsheet. Can you fill in all the numbers from this past week or two, please? He's earned a reduction. It's very dangerous to increase doses in whole units. It should be done in 0.25-0.5 increments. We can help you with dosing if you want.
 
I am getting help with the spreadsheet. Its not working at present but @Bandit is helping me.
I do have a log book.
I need help with dosing.
I was panicking already yesterday and the vet didnt call me back.

Oh good I'm glad you're getting help with the spreadsheet. It's really quite easy to maintain once it's set up. I saw your post on fb as well. So your cat is out of hypo numbers now, but no shoot for now. If give it another test in 20-30 min to make sure it doesn't drop further.

Once the numbers from your log are entered in the ss it will be easier for people to advise you on a dose. We aren't allowed to give specific dosing advice on Facebook, but we can here. So once it's set up, you will post in the lantus forum with a title like Dosing help needed so folks know you are looking for advise.
 
@Cindy Crowhurst I think you've recently changed Tansi's food from RC Gastro canned to a raw diet? That would bring down his numbers and insulin requirements. Even 2U may be too much. But we need to be able to see his numbers in the last few days to be able to help with dosing.

It would be great if you can enter his numbers in the spreadsheet.

+10.45 pre food random check as super hungry was at 2.2 libre
Fed 1 tin hi carb
+11 after food was 2.3 libre
+11.5 was 3.7pet glucometer
+12 now 5.7 libre
 
Yes I switched over to a low carb wet food called Rawz, but it is not actually raw food. Been introducing slow by mixing half and half

Test in another half an hour. That would be roughly 2 hours after the last meal of high carb/gravy?

When you have caught your breath, let's figure out how to fix the spreadsheet problem? I have sent you a PM - look in the Inbox at the top right of the page.

Please respond to @Bandit's Mom. Most of us are very dependent on your spreadsheet in order to give you the help you need. It's very hard to follow the numbers when they are posted in your thread. Now that things are calmer, hopefully, you can get this sorted out.

I am in touch with Cindy via PM to sort out the SS issue. I have set it up a few days back but Cindy can't seem to input numbers in it via her smartphone.
 
Remind her she needs to press this button to input new data. (Why they added that I have no idea).

I don't...the little pencil is there, but if I click on a cell, I can enter the test number and as soon as I move to another cell, the test number I put in first color codes and is ready to enter another number in the new cell....I never touch the pencil thingy.

Really? for me on my phone I have to. Do you have an iPhone?....... Wait just checked. It let's me write it without that. Nevermind. But I do have to click on the words "enter text...." And not the blank area next to it. Weird.
 
I am going nuts with this thing.
I think the problem is that the spreadsheet says "view only"
Then when I try to get access to edit, it says access denied. It says I must request access via computer. I only have my samsung
galaxy 10.
Any ideas @Bandit's Mom
