Don't worry so much....Haley may just be one of those kitties who runs a little higher than most OTJ kitties but that's not important....she's still in totally normal numbers with the majority of them green.

She's just going to do it "her way"!

Appetizers: Snoqualmie Falls Microbrews; Foil Baked Lamb; Shrimp Cocktail; Deviled Duck Eggs with Rosemary; Assorted Paw Prints Pizzas; Grilled Herbed Mouse Sausages; Hot Oxtail Soup with Crunchy Croutons from Chef Felix’s recipe; Sushi Bar featuring the specialties of Sushi Chef Tux as well as Chef Neko's fabulous sushi rolls.

Entrees: Chef Rusty's Thunderin' Bison Chili with fresh salsa; Rotisserie Turkey; Chicken Provencal; Chef Mannie's Renowned PNW Poached Sockeye Salmon with Catnip Mayo; Big Mac's Burger Extravaganza.

Salads: Butthead's & Donny's Field Greens with Fresh Grass Clippings; Tangy Peas and Blue Cheese Salad.

Desserts: Tobey's Cimmamum Cookies; Maggie's Signature Cheesecakes; Chief Pastry Chef Tess’s extra special Falls celebration cake; Surprise Dessert à la Dessert Chef Sootie; Chef Stu's World Famous Catmint Parfaits.

Our very favorite days are the ones with both an OTJ celebration and a Full Moon Pawty. It's a busy day for the Kitchen Krew, but one that's filled with happiness for all of us. Congratulations on making it to the Falls! ~Chef Luna
