Yes, she does need more insulin and you have been testing enough to follow TR.

If your mom can test occasionally when you cannot, I would take another increase tonight. You have held this dose 10 cycles and she has barely seen numbers below 200.

Why are you scared to increase? The longer she stays in higher numbers, the more insulin she will need to overcome the glucose toxicity (which is a temporary resistance to insulin caused by remaining in high numbers for a long time). She is still largely over the renal threshold and that's not good either.

You at least need to bring her overall numbers below 200. Though ideally you should aim for normal numbers (50-120) which is a scary prospect when you start out but only a matter of getting used to! :)

Ok then I will increase tonight! But to 1 unit or less?
Tomorrow Friday I work 17:30-21:30
On Saturday and Sunday I am not sure yet.
From Monday on I don't work on weekdays.

Your .75 looks good from the photo. Those look like the B-D syringes that I use with 1/2 unit markings.

So should I increase to 1 tonight?
I will work all day on Saturday and till noon on Sunday!Should I still increase to 1 tonight?
 
If your mother can get a test on Saturday in the AM cycle around +3 or 4, I think you should.
Tomorrow and Sunday you will be able to test yourself. And from Monday you are not working on weekdays, right?
 
my mom will be home on Saturday but I am not sure she will manage to do the measurement. and also if food and test is needed every half and hour she won't be able to do it. what will we do then...
 
you have 2 options:

(a) increase on saturday night or sunday morning, if that's what you are comfortable with
(b) if your mother tests on saturday and gets a lower reading she can just feed medium or high carb food.

however, lisa has not gone below 180 since surolan was started.

The dose does not matter. You do what you always do :)

Test at +2, if lower, you may need another test at +4. Feed a little LC every hour till +4.

Depending on your working hours from next weekend, maybe you want to move your shot time gradually to 7am/pm or 8am/pm so that you do not need to be awake so late testing her at night?
 
Yes, feeding her at PS, +1 and +2 will help prevent her dropping at onset. If you are awake after that you can continue to feed her :-)

Once you decide your new shot time, we can start moving towards it accordingly from Sunday or Monday as per your schedule.

There is no telling when you will see results. "Every cat is different". I'm glad you made the increase but I don't think you have to worry about Lisa going too low on this increase. If you can check her blood one more time at +4, just to make sure she is not dropping a lot, then I think you can go to bed.
