Fri PMPS 339, Sat AMPS 309 +6 317 PMPS 325

Well well well....everyone survived and in a shocking turn of events, Minnie has some nice numbers today. I was expecting to need to come home and give her a mid-cycle R, especially after her previous readings.

I'm tempted to stick with 5u today based on numbers so far, depending on PMPS of course. What's the protocol here?

Looks like your Minnie is in a good blue today. I have never seen anyone with a more detailed spread sheet. Seems there is nothing that you do not cover. I hope you had a successful run. Happy your girl did well when you were gone. You are so fortunate to have people you can trust your girl with. Welcome home.

Great news! I’ve been thinking about you. So glad everyone survived and thrived.

Fred did the same thing… Really good numbers when I came home when I thought he’d be sky high! So just from my own experience, I held the lower dose until I felt he needed the increase. Figured he was stressed while I was away, so I wanted him to get back on track.

hope you had a great time!

I am sticking with 5 tonight....I just caught her at 59, gonna feed this curve. This is bizarre. She was eating and ate a lot when I got home (I asked the sitter to leave more food out which was there) but perhaps they were not fed as much while I was out? Though numbers were high Fri and yesterday.

Hey, Liz! You're BAA-AAACK! Good. How was the race? Minnie and Sam are both good, so that's a relief.... but not Miss DIVA Minnie has to throw you a curve ball this afternoon/evening! Just like her. Mr. Darcy sends his regards to Minnie. When is the next full moon?.....

Crisis averted! I did NOT WANT NEON. Poor little ears will be getting extra pokeys from mama...though I think she is probably relieved after the novice sitter's pokeys. Plus in the absence of treats, I straddle the piano stool to pokey ears from behind her (taking care not to sit on her tail) then bend over to smooch her head. I don't think the sitter did that, she had to resort to burrito.

Shot time is an hour away. I'm afraid she might have a pj party planned for me. She's getting a siesta in now after her PMPS -1.5h snacky-snack.

Race was good! SOOO BEAUTIFUL! Was rescheduled from Feb (called the 'Frosty Moss' relay) but was quite hot for one of my legs, then second was perfect conditions and a gradual downhill the whole way. I have been trying to get some photos downloaded and converted to a small enough pic to post here.

Surfin' USA! :D I'm DYING to know how the races went! I need to live vicariously through you. Since I had my surgery 4 weeks ago I've barely moved faster than a trot to catch the bus.
What surgery did you have?? So frustrating when you want to run and can't. I am super slow at the best of times, my first leg was hot and sunny and exposed - second leg was later in the day and in the shade, so much easier. It was beautiful. I am also doing Ragnar Northwest Passage relay in July...will be about double the distance. I have my work ahead of me (both running and cat-feeding-schedule!!)

Wow, that sounds amazing. I spent a week hiking through Olympic National Park and staying in the lodges a few years ago and it was stunning. Rainy, but stunning.

I had an oophrectomy after some worrisome findings on a ultrasound, but everything is fine and I am feeling so much better than I did before the procedure. It takes 6 weeks to recover from this kind of major abdominal surgery, but I think I will be a better runner as a result of having gotten rid of the source of a lot of pain and hope to be exceeding my own personal bests this year. I'm going to try to hop on the elliptical this week to get myself back in form.

That is some major surgery...for some reason I was thinking of some typical running injury. Take it gently! You sound like a running overachiever. Take care. :bighug:

We were SO lucky with the weather, it was beautiful this weekend.
