Am I correct in still holding the 11.5u dose? The night of 04/28 had a nadir under 100 and the next night was similar.

We had too fast of a drop the night of 05/01, where I had to feed MC to keep him from dropping much more. I probably need to re-evaluate how much R to give when preshot is in the low 200s...

Vet update: I found a mobile vet who was willing to come to our house and draw blood from Mowgli (and his brother Junior) to run another comprehensive panel and IGF-1 & IAA. The vet was VERY nice and helpful. He was very open to us running the tests. He even took the time to look through Mowgli's entire spreadsheet! His words were "Considering how much effort you are putting in to care for Mowgli, I want to make sure I do you justice". We didn't discuss treatment of Acro if Mowgli comes back positive, but he seemed very open to working with us. He even said he would do some research on his own regarding treatment options and that I am welcome to forward him any information I have since he sees that I am well informed. Needless to say I am very happy to have found this vet!
 
That sounds like a keeper of a vet! And mobile too, can't get much better than that. :)

As for dose, let's see where he is six cycles after that 68 and whether he comes down to green again once the bounce is over. Or if it's sooner than six cycles cause it looks like he might be breaking the bounce today. Next increase I'd try a 0.5 unit increase (if you have to) cause he did see that green and you just want to "fatten" the dose a bit. I would like to see him at a point where there is a lot less pink and high yellows, which are likely over renal threshold.

I totally agree. He even made the effort to only give Mowgli a small dose of sedative (once Mowgli made it clear he wasn't going to cooperate...) in order to draw blood and urine since he didn't want to put him at too much risk.

Thank you. He does seem to be breaking his bounce soon. I'm thinking we should not dose with R next cycle in order to see the effect of Levemir alone. Do you agree?
