Of course, when it rains, it pours!!
I joined the CKD group on FB, and they disagree with my vet (that's happening to me a lot). Looking at Gryphen's numbers, they feel her kidneys are already compromised, not that she's just heading that direction. Boooooooo!
So, now I deal with that, too, I suppose. I know lots of people here also have that issue; I just wasn't expecting it. It's never been brought up as a possibility before.
Of course, she wouldn't touch the low carb/low phos wet foods, and didn't actually want to eat at dinner at all, so I skipped her PM shot. She ate well this morning, but has been eating a ton of grass today, so she must not feel well.
On a positive note. Alphy was in the blues all day today. I'll take the small wins whenever I can.
