We have been continuing on with .1 lantus as I do feel we still have a lot of blues. I will count the drops and practice drawing up the insulin consistently. Try dropping to 1 drop.

Ideally, is what I am looking for greens am/pm PS and a flat curve throughout the day? (is our PM +2 tonight too dramatic? or reasonable?

I do see what @tiffmaxee and @Sue and Luci see- we have a very dramatic drop in the morning. I can feed at the +1 and +2 and try to smooth out the curve with food as I continue with the .1 of lantus and hope for a continued drop in the AM/PM PS numbers? I notice that we rarely have that same drop at night. I do feed her more during the day because I worry that she will get too low while I am at work.

To get the amps green feeding a snack at +9 might help. Do you have an auto feeder? You could set it to feed after +2 if the +2 is lower than the PMPS and again at +9.

Perfect! I do have an auto feeder. I can feed at +9. I find she is not yet accustomed to the sound, so doesn't always eat when it is available, even when she is in the same room. Hoping that will change.

Some put the meals in the feeder when home and awake to get them used to the feeder. Worth a try.
