Wishing you and Haley a great Caturday![]()
Ty, Cherryl! The same to you and Mouzer!!!![]()
Just getting ready for the day here in Texas as well. It is very early but Phoenix dropped to 97. I am checking every 30 minutes to make sure he doesn't go too low. Fortunately, I am retired. I can take a catnap whenever I want to. Let's all have a really great day!!

Phoenix has a tendency to drop fast. Fortunately, he didn't today. I think because I fed him a larger snack at 5:30 a.m. I know a lot of people feel safe not checking when their cat is in the 90 BG range but I don't.Hi, Susan. Thanks for writing! We do worry so much about these babies. At what number do you feel comfortable not checking every 30 minutes? Fortunately, I'm retired, too, since last Oct. Thank God she got diagnosed after I retired. Catnaps, oh, yes. I take them, too! Let's have a totally green day!![]()
@Bandit's Mom Will you be here for a while? I can't stay on very long.
Hi Shirley, give her a spoon of HC since it's so early in the cycle.
I see Lyla @Butters & Lyla is here as well, so you are in good hands.

How long ago was the 53? Did you feed anything? Have you tested since you got the 53?
Shirley, sorry I've just seen your title now. For that 53 @+2.5, I'd suggest feeding just a little bit of HC to haley and testing again in 30 minutes. It's early in the cycle.
Hi Shirley, just checking if you were able to get another test?It was about 20 minutes ago. I have her HC Beef gravy. I'm testing in 10 minutes. Ty, Carla!
Hi Shirley, just checking if you were able to get another test?
Btw, Haley's name got knocked out of the thread title in the last edit![]()
