Okay so now I am waiting 15 minutes to see if his BG will go up a little. Right?
He is now on his heating pad. I am hoping that he will gain some weight. He was at about 4 1/2 pounds last vet visit.Food transition is at a halt for the moment.
He had his meds: antibiotic eye drop, 1 ml clindomicin, his ears washed and 4 drops of transdermal in each one. Then he had 50ml subq because he has not been drinking
At 4:15 he is up to 124.
I have added Tuesday's numbers.I suggest you skip the dose today.
I read through your previous thread. Would it be possible for you to input the doses of Lantus you have given him for the last 2 weeks, if not from Jan 2021? I understand you may not have a lot of BG data with you.
I'm wondering if you you should shoot 0.25U so that you can shoot twice a day.

I know you have a lot on your plate, but this is some reading for when you have time. These are the two dosing methods we follow here.
Dosing Methods: Start Low, Go Slow (SLGS) & Tight Regulation (TR)
Great! Then per SLGS, Inky has earned a reduction. His new dose is 0.25U.I have read that
You can combine the sheets. Just add the rows/numbers from the AT to the Relion SS and separate them with a row that says "Switched to Relion Meter"The Relion Premier Testing kit and extra strips are here. I am leaving the Alpha Trak sheet in my signature, and adding in the sheet for the Relion.
