Hi my cats sugar been excellent this week. So go he’s at 59 at his +11. Can someone look at his chart thanks.

With SLGS, we don't recommend giving insulin under 90, can you get another test at PMPS and see where he is at? Also, since he came down to 59 this cycle, you need to decrease the next dose to 1.25u. WIth SLGS we also don't suggest giving insulin if the cat is under 150 until you gather enough data on your cat reacts to insulin, and without nighttime data, unfortunately you are missing half the puzzle. You may likely need to skip the pm shot, since it seems you haven't shot anything lower than 180s. IF he is on his way up by PMPS, but still not over 150, it may be possible to stall, not feed and retest in 30-60 minutes. If you can be off schedule that is. If the number is shootable after that time, you would need to gradually adjust your shot times the next day, by 15 minutes each cycle, or 30 minutes once a day to get back to your usual time that you give insulin.

If he remains under 150, after stalling for 30-60 minutes, and beyond that it would be too difficult to get back on schedule, then I would suggest you skip.
