Today I'm pretty sure Butters's AMPS was lower this morning than in recent days because she may not have eaten a late night snack. I left her to fend for herself overnight.
TBH, I'm wondering if a mandatory late cycle snack is even necessary right now, given she has been consistently higher and quite flat on her current dose. I used to always make sure she ate because her numbers were unpredictable and she would drop late in the cycle. She doesn't need to eat for this reason anymore, though.
Soooo I think I'm going to try feeding her more in the earlier part of her cycles, and just leave a little food available for later, but not wake her up to make her eat. At least for a few nights on a trial basis.
Thanks for listening while I figured that out
.
Have a great day, all.
