amps 140 lowest # I've seen yet. I must have hit my alarm in middle of the night for the night test.

Do I shoot the 1.25 ? Reduced dose?
I do have an appt in about 5 hours that I'll be gone for about 2 hours or so.

I can test +1, +2, +3 and + 4 but will be gone for a few hours after that.

How long will you be gone for? If you haven't fed, you can stall and test in 20 mins and see if he is headed up.

We normally ask new members not to shoot below 200. Considering that you won't be around to monitor as well, you can skip the shot.

Shoot. I did feed him.

I will be gone for about 2 hours maybe 3...

I'm not "new" I have an acro boy, but I've only had Dale for a week and couple days , so still learning how he reacts to insulin etc.
Just started increase on Sunday.
I'll skip this AM.

Will monitor closely over next few days and be sure to get those night tests.

If you are comfortable with shooting him, you can...he may bounce...my concern still is that you won't be around after +4...you could always feed him higher carbs before you leave...

Just saw Ramone's SS - you aren't "new" - apologies :-)

Aw no worries! Yes Ramone has been doing awesome!!

hmmm I'm already 20 mins past shot time.
I think I'll skip today ...

I have a job interview and really need to focus on that.

I am comfortable shooting the low #'s but just bc I'm not around for those few hours and I don't know how he reacts with insulin and increases yet. I want to be sure I'm around, not willing to risk it just yet!

Thanks so much. :bighug:
